UK Shipping & Returns

UK returns are FREE using the returns portal.

For International returns you will need to pay for your return, you can find out the postage price in the portal or you will be asked to download a returns label and pay for postage at your local post office to return your women's active wear. Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.

You've got 28 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.

If you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition please head over to our Contact Us section so we can get this fixed for you

All Uk items are shipped using Royal Mail & DPD tracking service depending where the stock is located, In our UK warehouse or our overseas warehouse.Delivery normally takes around 2-3 working days unless you have requested and paid for next day delivery.option.Uk only. After payment has been cleared you will receive tracking your number via email and the shipping process will begin.This process does not apply to overseas orders, but will be shipped out immediately after payment

International Shipping & Returns

You will receive your order in no more than 3-7 business days from the date that it is placed. Standard delivery may need more days than express delivery.For estimated delivery time after your order was sent out, you can check the Shipping Info page for estimated delivery times . However you can log into your account >> click on "My Orders" and click on the "Track" button for more tracking details

Due to some items being Exclusive to Girlsgotstyle shipping can can take a little longer in some cases , This is due to the current pandemic we all facing at the moment and international shipping delays are estimated as such . An international order can take up to 7-7-10 days in some cases, Most have been delivered in 4-7days

You will receive your order in no more than 3-7 business days from the date the order was placed.

We're always improving our delivery process all the time, So if there is slight delay in processing your order

this is to make sure your order is 100% accurate. This processing time does not include shipping time.

We have always shipped internationally, However we are unable to provide the same level of service at the moment due to the current

pandemic, this is something we are working on but beyond our control. We aim to provide all our customers the same level of service when all shipping carriers resume to full service.

Please make sure your email is correct when creating an account.as you won't receive the tracking number. Also check your spam folder.?

Return & Exchange Policy P1

Sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free, subject to the rules below, which includes rules about fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you we will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch but any refund will be at our discretion.
